Sara Lee Bryson Franklin, 62, of Loganville, GA, formerly of Franklin, NC, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2006.

A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Thaddeus Bryson and Helen Sellers Bryson. Sara graduated from Franklin High School in 1962. She was a graduate of Truett McConnell College and the University of Georgia. She was a retired teacher from Clayton County School System with 26 years of service. She was a member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church of Marietta, GA. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and Grammy, sister and friend.

She is survived by her husband, Cameron Jim Franklin; daughter, Tammy Franklin Brinkley and husband Matt of Monroe, GA; son, Cameron Daniel Franklin and wife Nikki of Loganville, GA; sister, Dana Sanders and husband Joe of Franklin; grandchildren, Harrison Thaddeus Brinkley, Jantsen Thomas Brinkley, Maya Danielle Franklin and Cameron Bryson Franklin; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 19, at Holly Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Eddie Trull will officiate. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service at the church.
