Robert Stanley Byrd, 74, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008. Born in Lake Worth, FL, he was the son of the late James R. Byrd and Lorrain Johnson Byrd. Robert was a delivery man for McArthur Dairy. He was an avid sports fan and loved animals. Robert was a member of Mt. Harmony Church.
He is survived by his wife, Delores A. Massey Byrd; two children, Larry J. Thibault and wife Donna of West Palm Beach, FL and Robert S. Byrd Jr. of Franklin; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews. No Services have been planned.
