Obituary for Marion Marie Freeman (Williams)
Marion Marie Freeman, 91, of Franklin, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.
A daughter of the late Marion Edward and Eunice Marie Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband Guy Harmon Freeman; great-great grandson, Bryson Luther Carey and brother, Gerald Edward Williams. Marion was previously an active member of Oakdale Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Rose Blocker of Franklin, NC and Barbara Phelps of Live Oak, FL; her sisters, Leona Hester of Franklin and Shirley Bissel of Pearson, Florida; four grandchildren, Tony Sappe (Sheila), Angel DeBussey, Robin Pilkerton (Charlie) and Jason Zamperini (and wife); five great grandchildren, Summer Stephens, Airana DeBussey, Scott Carey, Charles Pilkerton, III and Jasmine Rayne Pilkerton and seven great-great grandchildren, Michael Norris, Gabriel Norris, Aiyana Good, Payton Carey, Mason Carey, Orion DeBussey and Gemma Stephens.
The Memorial Service has been postponed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
