Obituary for Loren John "Bud" Trowbridge Jr.

Loren John Trowbridge Jr., passed into the hands of our loving God on Friday, June 26, 2009 at Angel Medical Center. Known to family and friends as Bud, he had a life adventuring spirit. Born and raised in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Bud made his livelihood as a sheet metal craftsman, a cattle rancher and investor. He retired early in life and lived in Costa Rica for over twenty five years where he raised his children Nadine, Alejandra and Daniel. For the past two and a half years related to medical needs he made his home in Franklin with his sister Nadine.
In addition to his children, Bud leaves behind his sisters, Nadine Buglino of Franklin, Susan Cartwright and Patricia Perlow of Atlanta and Sr. Marilyn Trowbridge, SFP of Brooklyn, New York as well as two brothers, Robert of Panama and Charles of Fort White, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Nadine and his brother, David.
Bud enjoyed challenging conversations, fishing, family and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Father Tien Duong will officiate.
The family wishes to extend a special note of gratitude to those who supported Bud in life and death including Fr. Tien Duong of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Dr. Chay and Staff, Dr. Aruwani and the Staff of Angel Medical Center.
Memorials may be directed to The Hospice House Foundation of Macon County.
