Judy Ann Welch Griffith, 58, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2006.

Born in Michigan, she was the daughter of Dottie Evans Welch and the late Dover Welch. Judy was employed by Drake Systems/DNet. She was involved with Relay for Life.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her companion of 20 years, Troy Crisp, Jr. of Franklin; two sons, Christopher James Griffith and wife Karen of Franklin and Nicholas James Griffith of Asheville; four brothers, Mike Welch and Richard Welch both of California, Perry Welch and Jeff Welch both of Franklin; sister, Teena Welch of Franklin; five grandchildren, Chance, Kailey, Tyler, Jordan and Jenna; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, December 3, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Reeves and Rev. Morris Tippett will officiate. Burial will be in the Burningtown Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, December 2, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Josh Welch, Jessie Welch, Scott Welch, Randy DeHart, Scott Crisp and Mike Welch.

Memorial donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Awareness or Relay for Life.
