Obituary for James" Ronald" Jenkins

James"Ronald"Jenkins, 74, of Franklin, entered into rest on Sat., May 21, 2005.

A native of Macon County, he was the son of Ellie Talley Jenkins and the late Adam Butler Jenkins. He retired from Whitley Products in 1993. Ronald was a member of Mashburn Branch Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother, Ellie Talley Jenkins, he is survived by his wife of 57 years, Estella McCall Jenkins; two children, Terry Ronald Jenkins and wife Elizabeth and Vickie Lynn Mashburn and husband Alvin all of Franklin; one brother, Harold Jenkins of Franklin; five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23, at Mashburn Branch Baptist Church. Rev. Harry Garner and Rev. Ben Cabe will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Moriah Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Jenkins, Shanon Jenkins, Charles Mashburn, Dickie McCall, Neal Owens and Randy McCall.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Travis McCall and Tony Ray.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mashburn Branch Baptist Church, C/O Thelma Angel, 461 Mashburn Branch Road, Franklin, NC 28734.
