Grace Justice Peak, 92, of Franklin, NC, passed away Friday, March 9, 2007.

A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Alden and Naomi Long Justice.
She was also preceded in death by her husband of fifty-eight years, Clarence W. Peak, who died August 9, 1997; two brothers, Oakley and Bob Justice; and two sisters, Helen Justice and Margie Southards. She was a homemaker, and was a member of Mount Hope Baptist Church.

Surviving are three children, Ray Peak and wife, Mildred of Otto, NC; Imogene Peak of Franklin, NC; and Randall Peak and wife, Jan of Franklin, NC; one brother, Coyl Justice and one sister, Hazel Cope, both of Otto, NC; five grandchildren, Kim Peak Crawford, Michael Peak, Jeff Peak, Karen Peak and Jeanna Peak Nichols; sixteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 11, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Wiley Gibson will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Michael Peak, Jeff Peak, Maurice Crawford, Anthony Nichols, Adam Peak, Daniel Bryson, and Dr. Daryl Gossett.
