Gladys Hazel Gibson, 88, of Fullerton, CA, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2006.

A native of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late George Guest and Martha Kinsland Guest. She was married to the late Bert Gibson who died April 16, 1982. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Coley, Frank, Jack, Carl and Richard Guest and sisters, Grady Gregory, Lacey Guest and Gordie Guest.

She is survived by two sons, John Gibson of Fullerton, CA and Albert Gibson and wife, Priscilla of Venice, FL; three grandchildren, Nicolle Gilmore and husband Brian, Scott Gibson and wife Kelly, and Jason Gibson; two great grandchildren, Brittany and Jordan Gilmore.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 9, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Alton Dendy will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Moriah Cemetery, Highlands.

The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Saturday, at Macon Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Scott Gibson, Jason Gibson, Brian Gilmore, Charles Gibson, Richard Gibson and Dave Shuler.

Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
