Gemma Justin, 99, of Franklin, NC and Tamarac, FL, passed away Friday, July 27, 2007.

Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Domenico Cirulli and Maria Ghianni Cirulli. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Agro. Gemma was a retired school teacher retiring after 30 years from New York City Board of Education. She worked with handicapped children in special education classes. Gemma worked in Censorship during WWII and was a Roman Catholic.

She is survived by a son Robert L. Justin of Franklin; a daughter Virginia King and husband Richard of Long Beach Island, New Jersey; three grandchildren, Cindy Manderson and husband Rod of Alpharetta, GA, Justine King of New York, New York and Lauren King of London, England; one great grandson, Steven Manderson of Alpharetta, GA.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 30, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Vic Greene will officiate. Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY at a later date.

The family will receive friends following the service at Macon Funeral Home.
