Faye B. Jennings, 90, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007.

She was born in Jackson County, daughter of the late Jeff Broom and Mamie Cline Broom. She was a member of Hamburg Baptist Church, Glenville, NC. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by three children, Vivian Cleaveland of Sylva, Joyce Henson and husband, Marshall Henson of Franklin and Bernice Rice and husband, Verner Rice of Glenville, NC; one sister, Callie Owen of Manassas, VA; four grandchildren, Sabrina Henson Garner, Raylene Cleaveland Bryson, Jimmy Cleaveland, and Janessa Rice Crawford; six great-great grandchildren, Jennifer Bryson Barnes, Myranda Bryson, Justice Crawford, Anna Cleaveland, Clay Cleaveland, and Liberty Crawford; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 17, in the Hamburg Baptist Church. Rev. Lester Sutton and Rev. Felix Villarreal will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m., one hour prior to the service at Hamburg Baptist Church.

Pallbearers will be Melvin Jennings, Marvin Jennings, Hayes Jennings, Jack Boggs, Jimmy Cleaveland and Duane Barnes.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Merrill Jennings.
