Obituary for Ethel Louise Stiwinter (Patterson)

Louise P. Stiwinter, 91, of Franklin, entered into rest Thursday, June 30, 2005.

A native and life long resident of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late John Hollis and Ida Crane Patterson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Len Rome Stiwinter, who died in 1980; a son-in-law, Clifton Henson; and two brothers, Plumer and Clyde Patterson. Louise was a homemaker; member of Otto Senior Citizens, former member of Maco Crafts; and a member of Tessentee Baptist Church.

Surviving are two children, Morris Stiwinter and wife Pauline of Franklin, and Jessie Henson of Dillard, GA; three grandchildren, Kathy S. Fountain and husband Kevin of Otto, NC, Phyllis S. Castle and husband Ronnie of Franklin, and Gail Stiwinter of Franklin; one step grandchild, Annmarie Henson of Dillard, GA; four great grandchildren, Terri and Dakota Fountain, Leigh Castle, Luke Henson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 2, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Jerome Hamm and Rev. Robert Dryman will officiate. Burial will be in the Wright Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, July 1, at Macon Funeral Home.
