Obituary for Ethel Victoria Anderson (Hedman)

Ethel Victoria Anderson (Hedman)
Our beloved mother Ethel V. Anderson, known as Mormor by all, went to glory on February 9, 2008, at the age of 93.

She was the last of her family preceded by her husband Henry Anderson; mother, Gertrude Johnson Hedman; father Kalus Hedman; two brothers Oscar and Woody Hedman, and two sisters Margaret Hedman and Dagmar Cochran.

She has left a legacy with the remaining family members of daughter and son, Corinne Parault and Henry Anderson, Jr. and 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Mormor was an inspiration to all, for she was a woman of determination, which proved true when she left S. Florida to move up here to Franklin as a widow in 1980 and brought her ailing sister with her. She was a member of the Lutheran Missouri Synod. We will miss her but her memory will always be with us, the family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, March 3, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Pastor Leno Dial will officiate.
