Obituary for Dewey Oneil Clark

Dewey Oneil  Clark
Dewey “Oneil” Clark, 66, went Home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 22, 2009.
Born in Macon County, he was the son of the late T.A. Clark and Alliefair Houston Clark. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Eddie Clark. Oneil was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his faithful companion, Lois Clark of Franklin; three children, Michael Clark and wife Katrina, Michele Strickland and husband Richard and Arlene Armstrong and husband Johnny all of Franklin; brother, Ronnie Clark of Franklin; sister, Sandra Anderson of Franklin; seven grandchildren, Amanda Davis, Anna Clark, Adam Armstrong, Andrew Armstrong, Christopher Clark, Alex Strickland and Justin McMahan; great-granddaughter, Kyla Faith Clark and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 24, in the Chapel Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Johnny Norris and Joel Holland will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverview Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, at Macon Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Steve Anderson, Jack Moss, Adam Armstrong, Jonathan Keener, David Cloudfelter and Allan McWilliams
Memorial donations may be made to the family to help with the funeral expenses C/O, daughter, Arlene Armstrong, 180 Rocky Cove Dr. Franklin, NC 28734.
