Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday at Woodlawn Cemetery. Rev. Vic Greene will officiate. Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangement. Online condolences can be made at www.maconfuneralhome.com.
Colorectal cancer took Betty’s life, and the family would like to express the importance of regular checkups, screening, and legislation requiring insurers to pay for colonoscopies. The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to their favorite cancer research charity or to Cancer Research Institute, America Brain Tumor Association, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
