Obituary for Ann Donovan (Leaders)
Ann Collett Donovan, 96, of Franklin, entered into rest Monday, August 21, 2006.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William Leaders and Catherine Quinn Leaders . In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Donovan who died in 1979, a daughter, Mary Katherine Casey, a brother, William Leaders and a sister, Sr. Mary Collett and one grandson, Patrick Casey.
She is survived by a sister, Dorothy Imars of Cleveland, Ohio; three grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 25 at St. Frances of Assisi Catholic Church. Father Matthew Kauth officiated. Burial will be in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, North Lauderdale, FL, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Knights of Columbus, C/O St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 299 Maple Street, Franklin, NC 28734.
