Andrew "A.J." McCarthy, 20, of Franklin, died Sunday, September 2, 2007.
Born in Beverly, Mass. he was the son of John and Mary Blanchard McCarthy and the late Alice Foster McCarthy. A.J. was a 2007 F.H.S. graduate and attended Resurrection Lutheran Church. He worked at Macon Citizens for the Handicap.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Robert Fregeau and wife Kim of Franklin, Josh McCarthy of Manchester, NH, Justin Fregeau of Litchfield, NH and Sgt. Matthew Woltering of Ft. Benning, GA; four sisters, Tracy Prince and husband Donald of Litchfield, NH, Kimberly Blanchard of Methuen, Mass., Jonal McCarthy of Ware, NH and Tarra Woltering of Salem, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 8, at the Resurrection Lutheran Church. Rev. Gary Brown will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. Friday, September 7 at Macon Funeral Home.
