Obituary for Tammy Lynn Swafford (Cabe)
Tammy Lynn Cabe Swafford, 39, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of Marianna Holland Solesbee and the late James Donald Cabe. Tammy loved kids and doing CNA work. She was Baptist by faith.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Sandy Swafford; daughter, Brook Swafford; grandmother, Betty Holland; brothers, Barry Cabe and wife Becky and Lane Cabe and wife Debbie; godson, Isaiah McClean,godmother, Georgiana Beach and god sister, Anita Beach Cook and husband Chris all of Franklin and several nieces, nephews, a great nephew and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 31st in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Brandon Breedlove and Rev. Greg Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Barry Cabe, Lane Cabe, Dustin Swafford, Quintin Crawford, Michael Holland and Cam Holland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hospice House Foundation, PO Box 815, Franklin, NC 28744.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
